    When it's a real emergency, the line is live. Steven or Angel answers, business hours and after hours, weekends and holidays included. There's no extra charge for an after-hours diagnostic, and the $99 service-call fee is the same whether you call us at 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning. Estimates are always free.
